Westbound Highway 118 near San Fernando and Pacoima will have full and partial lane closures starting Friday night. The closure will allow workers to safely replace the culvert system that crosses the highway.
Friday
Westbound lanes of the 118 Freeway at Glenoaks Boulevard will be permanently closed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Westbound lanes of the 210 Freeway to Westbound lanes of the 118 Freeway connection will be closed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. East of the 210 Freeway The westbound 118 Freeway connector lanes from the outbound lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Up to three lanes of eastbound lanes of the 118 Freeway at Glenoaks Boulevard will be closed from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m.
Saturday

The approximately $6.3 million operation is taking place on Highway 118 from Herrick Avenue to Foothill Boulevard. This project is expected to restore functionality and extend the useful life of the Highway 118 drainage system.
