Met Gala brings together the biggest names of fashion and entertainment. The same goes for this year.
The 2025 Costume Institute benefits celebrates black dandyism with the theme of “Super Fine: Tailing Black Style,” inspired by Bernard College Chair and Professor Monica L. Miller’s 2009 book “Slave to Slave: Styling Black Dandism and Black Diasporic Identity.”
It will be held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday, May 5th, with many A-listers dressing in the best tailored outfits and “nod to their focus on exhibition suits and menswear,” Met said in a press release.
Famous charity events usually keep the guest list tight, but there are already several stars set to attend the biggest night of fashion.
Every year, the Met Gala celebrates the opening of the Costume Institute’s annual exhibition with co-chairs, along with Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.

Pharrell Williams
Williams is a well-known music producer, Grammy-winning artist and is the male creative director at Louis Vuitton.
Lewis Hamilton
Hamilton is the seven-time Formula 1 World Driver champion currently driving for a Ferrari.
Colman Domingo
The Oscar-nominated actor is known for projects such as “Sing Sing” and “Rustin” and will appear in the Netflix series “Four Seasons.”
