Authorities say a person was killed after a crash involving a box truck on Pasadena’s 210 highway early Sunday morning.
Initial information provided to KTLA by a CHP spokesman shows that the crash occurred at 4:15am on a 210 westbound span near Marengo Avenue.
The spokesman said both vehicles involved in the collision had caused fires. One man was declared dead at the scene.
The deceased was not immediately identified by name.
He was killed in a collision on April 13, 2025 after a collision involving a box truck on the 210 highway in Pasadena.
Video from the scene shows a small vehicle collided with the rear of a box truck. The cause of the crash has not been determined yet.
The entire westbound span of 210 was first closed after the incident, but crews were able to open two lanes by 7am
