23 Arrested for theft of retail in Southern California

Authorities arrested 23 suspects in a bust of retail theft over several days in Riverside County.

The business was a partnership with local business owners, large retailers and loss prevention employees who worked with Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Robbery and Robbery Control Team.

The three-day operation took place between March 5th and 7th, focusing on local businesses in the Lake Elsinore area. A total of 23 suspects were arrested during their bust, with more than $4,000 stolen items found.

The 23 suspects have been arrested on more than 40 charges. Authorities said six suspects are eligible for a Proposed 36 felony charges relating to previous theft and drug-related crimes.

The suspect was identified as follows:

Brian Roman Penarosa, 20, of Perris, has outstanding warrants for Heidi Tullers, 20, of Lake Elsinore, possession of drug powerafelnalia Cory Miller, 21, of Lake Elsinore, 2 Outstanding warrants Jasmine Perez, Jasmine Perez of Perris, Jasmine Perez, Perris, Outstanding warrants Eric Santiago, 28, 28, The Sadie Myers, 30, of Lake Elsinore, 6 Unpaid warrants, Arrest resistance Leonard Price, 30, 30, Shoplifting Jasley Cardin, Ashley McBee, 31, 31, 31, 31, 31, 31, 30, of Petty, Outstanding warrants Ariana Mezia 3 2, Menifie’s 32, unbanked parole, Stephanie Hedman, 36, Yoruba Linda, petty theft, Theft by Priors (Proposal 36) Joe Ortega, 37, liability for Perris, Joe Ortega, 37, robbery, shoplifting, Richard Staley, 39, El St Esterban Elnanez, 39, 41, Clarissa Waltman, 39, 41, 5 Unresolved Outstanding Guarantees, Kristen Tucker, 43, Shoplifting, conspiracy, dangerous drug possession, drug possession (both proposal 36), and 3 Unresolved Warrants Donal Milk, 47, commertal bugs withhethe warlant (Proposal 36) Macario Lopez, 49, Menifee, Christopher Manzo, 58, Lake Elsinore, 4 outstanding admirations, 4 outstanding admirations, Rosemary Kerr, 58, Grand Theft, Petite Theft, Prison (Proposal 36) Carl Mills, 65, Lake Elsinore, Petriff, Petriff,

No further details have been made public as theft is under investigation.
