Three suspects have been arrested for a series of retail thefts in Southern California.
The suspect was identified by the Irvine Police Department as follows:
Jay Lane Stewart, 21, 25, Los Angeles Stale Patrick Watson, 31, 31, Los Angeles
On March 31, the trio targeted a grocery outlet store as a male suspect stole medicine from the store shelves while the female suspect deflected the employee. The third suspect was waiting in the escape car.

As employees confronted them, the male suspect pushed the worker and fled the scene.
Police were notified and began an investigation. They were later found in Oceanside after being told they had committed another theft.
All three suspects were taken into custody. Inside the car, police discovered a large amount of stolen property, including health and beauty products, drugs and more.

Investigators determined earlier that day that the trio responsible for at least five retail thefts across Orange and San Diego County were responsible.
All three were arrested for robbery, conspiracy and organized retail theft and booked at the Orange County Jail.
