Investigators say two of the 37 people who were intentionally and intentionally injured by the 29-year-old man, were injured.
Reports of the July 19 incident have arrived in the 4600 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, just outside the popular Vermont Hollywood Night Club, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Investigators say Fernando Ramirez, a resident of San Clemente, was charged with attempted murder for 37 counts, and was reportedly ploughed into the crowd via a street vendor’s cart and taken from the club for trying to return later.
More than 120 first responders rushed to the scene of the mass casual incident and took 36 patients to hospital with injuries ranging from minor to severe fractures, including several victims trapped under the suspect’s vehicle.
Authorities said at least seven of the injured were listed in dangerous conditions.
Shortly after the incident, the angry members of the crowd pulled Ramierz out of his car, repeatedly punching and kicking him.
Investigators say during the assault an unidentified man approached Ramirez from across the street and shot him. Police are still searching for the suspect.

Maria Medrano and her husband Nicolas Saures told KTLA’s Carlos Saures they sell hot dogs when club participants left the venue when they were caught up in violent melee squads.
In Spanish, she explained that they were being dragged as Ramirez said to have ploughed into their food carts and crowds.
In the video obtained by TMZ, unsuspecting people are seen walking as if the car barrels were below, flying into the air after the impact.
Sarges, who suffered a broken leg and was hit badly, told KTLA that he was dragged around 100 feet, and his wife sustained multiple amputations and fractures in the rib and collarbone.
Their food cart remained completely broken, but the couple’s daughter, Sarah Suarez, said it was likely that it saved their lives.
“That food cart is spinning, that’s my dad’s,” she explained. “If it wasn’t for that cart, it would have been him. So it’s a shame their equipment was ruined, but we’re grateful and grateful that they’re safe.”
As for Suarez and his wife, they both face a long road to recovery and were organized for the couple without their main source of income.
“It’s not just work for them. Of course, it’s their livelihood. It’s a way to achieve our goals, but that’s more for them,” Sarah said. “It’s about the community, it’s building a community, we have something very strong.
