A Los Angeles couple is pleading with the public to help find their beloved French bulldog, who has been missing for two months, offering a $5,000 reward after all the hard work they put into finding the dog. .

Mussie is a spayed black brindle Frenchie with a white chest, perky ears, and no tail. She went missing on September 17th in North Hollywood near Victory Boulevard and Beck Street.

“The sitter we booked through Rover had checked on her multiple times, but on this night, just 14 minutes after we dropped her off, the sitter called and said they didn’t know where Moussie was. That’s what happened,” owner Gabriela Sidhu told City News Service.

“We live over 30 minutes away in El Sereno, but we didn’t want to go too far from where she went missing in case there were any sightings, so we stayed there that night and for the next two weeks. I decided to sleep in the car,” Sidhu continued. “We took time off from work and spent all of our time putting up flyers, talking to anyone who would listen, posting on social media, and scouring Musi’s site. We were both physically and mentally exhausted but determined to find her. We still are. After two weeks, we couldn’t take any time off from work and had to go back. Every night after work and every weekend, my partner and I used all of our free time to drive to the Valley and meet the girls. This situation has consumed our lives. We are heartbroken and exhausted, but we know we will find her and we will not give up until we do.”

Sidhu and her partners have posted hundreds of signs with Musi’s photo throughout the North Hollywood area, researched all local animal shelters, visited veterinarians, groomers, and pet stores in person, and visited local libraries and schools. He sent emails, spoke to TV news stations and made multiple reports. Make a plea on social media.

They also sent out a search and rescue team with bloodhounds and spoke with three animal communicators, so-called pet mediums, to try to find out where Musi was. Sidhu told CNS he has spent at least $5,000 so far on flyers, supplies, search and rescue teams, paid advertising and lost wages, all to no avail so far. She is offering a $5,000 reward for the safe return of Moussie, but the reward could also be extended to any information that leads to the dog’s return.

“My partner and I rescued her from a terrible life with a breeder,” she told CNS. “Due to her breed and previous situation, she has some health issues and requires daily medication. She requires a special diet and treatment.”

Sidhu said there have been several sightings of Mushie near the Whitnall Dog Park and Toluca Early Education Center since she went missing. But sightings stopped after the first few weeks, and she now believes the dog may be with someone else in the house.

“I believe someone has her and is taking care of her,” she said.

“They may not know that the dog they found is Musi and that she has a loving home. … With few sightings, we share this story I hope this reaches the right people who own her or know someone who has her. I hope this will encourage them to come forward and do the right thing. 5,000 for her return, no questions asked. We’re offering a dollar reward. We’re not trying to punish anyone, we just want the baby back.”

If you find a dog that matches Mushie’s description, please contact Sidhu at gabriellasidhu@yahoo.com or 760-960-9272.
