Every year since 2002, Texas-based convenience store chain 7-Eleven celebrates its birthday on July 11th by offering customers a free Slurpee.
Since the founding of Signature Slash Drinks in 1966, Slurpee has become a synonymous word with the 7-Eleven brand.
7-Eleven’s free 12-ounce Slurpee contract has not changed since its inception, but in recent years the chain has added additional perks and benefits to loyal customers enjoy today (July 11th, etc.).
This year, 7-Eleven offers even more deals for birthdays, including 7-Eleven products, discounts on store purchases, and even Slurpee branded tongue tattoos. Here is everything you need to know before the 7-era days to make the most of your trip.
What are the prizes and deals available on the 7th era?
Seven-Eleven is offering free 12oz slurpee to all customers today (July 11th), but the consumables will be the last. It’s rare for stores to run out of slurpees during promotions, but that happened before, so plan accordingly.
In addition to the free slurpees this year, seven loyalty members will be able to scan their reward information in stores on July 11th to activate additional free small slurpees coupons that can be redeemed by July 31st.
Select Store’s loyalty members can also get their first temporary tongue tattoo from 7-Eleven, “Tonghing-Tos,” activated by Slurpee. The tattoo features a signature “S” from the brand in four colors: blue, green, red and purple.
How do you participate in the 7-Eleven loyalty program?
Customers can use the 7-Eleven app to participate in the 7-Eleven Loyalty program called 7-Rewards. The program is free to register and offers a wealth of unique perks all year round.
Once registered, customers can either scan the app’s barcode or enter a phone number in the register to earn points for purchases, earning additional free slurpees and tongue-like rewards.
When are your 7-Eleven Day deals active?
7-Eleven’s free 12-ounce Slurpee deal is active between 11am and 7pm on July 11th.
An additional Slurpee for loyalty members who will redeem the coupon on July 11th will be active until July 31st.
Where are the 7-Eleven stores?
All around 7,800 7-Eleven stores across the country are taking part in Stripe and Speedway stores in addition to the free Slurpee Day.
Other offers for loyalty members can be redeemed at any store except for Tongue Two, available at Select Seven-Eleven and Speedway locations.
How do you get birthday products from the 7th era?
