(KTLA) – A Los Angeles hospital is asking for the public’s help identifying a patient admitted last month.
The unidentified man was found unresponsive at 4th Union Street and was admitted to the hospital around 7 p.m., hospital officials said in a news release.
The patient, described as a Hispanic male approximately 50 to 60 years old, was admitted without any documentation or evidence of his identity.

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 165 pounds, and has brown eyes and black and gray hair.

Hospital officials added that the patient was admitted wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt and was in possession of four keys.
