The 67th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony and telecast will continue as scheduled in February despite wildfires raging in Southern California.
On Monday, Recording Academy and MusicCares CEO Harvey Mason Jr. and Board of Trustees Chair Tammy Hart released a statement saying the show will continue but that they are not aware of the devastation affecting Los Angeles. confirmed to pay attention to.

This comes one week after the Recording Academy and MusicCares launched a Los Angeles fire relief effort to help those in the music industry affected by the disaster.
The ceremony will continue, but pre-Grammy events hosted by Universal and Warner Music Group have been canceled.
Universal Music Group, whose clients include Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift, will instead support those affected by the wildfires.

“Today, we are canceling all Grammy-related events, including the Artist Showcase and After-Grammy Party, and redirecting resources that would have been used for those events to support those affected by the wildfires.” the label said in a statement. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart to our first responders and emergency personnel for their continued heroic work,” he said in a statement on Instagram.
“LA is home to many of us,” the label’s statement continued. “We are committed to supporting and supporting our music community, our artists, our teams, and the people of Los Angeles through this terrible event.”
Warner Music told Billboard that it canceled its Grammy Week party and used the funds for wildfire relief.
The 2025 Grammy Awards will be held on February 2nd at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.
