Family and law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s help in locating an at-risk 84-year-old woman from Altadena who has not been heard from in nearly four months, authorities announced Sunday.
According to the LASD missing person bulletin, Teresa Warrior’s last known location was in the 300 block of West Palm Street in the unincorporated area of Altadena.
The 84-year-old man, who last spoke to his family on the morning of Oct. 1, lived in the Eaton fire area and may have been evacuated by the fire, authorities said.
She is described as a black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Mr. Warrior may be traveling in a black 2006 Honda Endless with California license plate #5TYL816.
“The family is concerned for her safety and is asking for the public’s help in locating her,” the bulletin said.
A “person at risk or seriously missing” is defined as:
People who do not have a pattern of running away or disappearing People who require serious medical treatment Victims of crime or illegal activity Victims of kidnapping or parental abduction People who are mentally ill to the extent that they are unable to act on their own or care for themselves. or there is an immediate danger to the safety of yourself or others.
