Exclusive: President-elect Trump on Monday ordered the deployment of U.S. troops to the southern border, repealed a Biden-era parole policy and designated international cartels as foreign terrorist organizations in a sweeping overhaul of more than a dozen executive orders. It’s planned. US borders and immigration policy.

Fox News has obtained exclusive details on three of the 11 executive orders President Trump is expected to sign related to border security and immigration after taking office.

In one of his orders, President Trump will immediately direct the federal government to resume construction of the border wall, which was largely finished under the Biden administration. The order also includes changes to the Biden-era, including the use of the CBP One app to parole immigrants to the United States and the parole process for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNVs), of whom 30,000 people were being paroled each month. The parole policy will also be abolished. He will be allowed to enter the country by plane and be granted parole. Nearly 1.5 million immigrants are admitted under CHNV and CBP One.

The order also directs the agency to reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), also known as the Remain in Mexico policy. A Trump-era policy repealed by the Biden administration required immigrants to remain in Mexico during their asylum hearings.

The second order directs U.S. forces to the border under the command of U.S. Northern Command and “directs the military to prioritize its own borders and territorial integrity in its strategic planning of operations.” It would direct the military to prioritize America’s borders and territorial integrity in strategic planning.

The secretary of defense will be required to submit a unified command plan, and military resources will be integrated with federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies “to ensure seamless operations and maximum effectiveness,” according to a fact sheet for the order. It turns out.

“This executive order sends a clear message that the United States intends to exercise sovereignty over its lands and borders, and the military has a role in protecting them,” FOX News reported.

The third order designates international cartels and organizations, including MS-13 and the Bloodthirsty Torren de Aragua, as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT). The FTO designation allows for targeted action against members, including financial penalties.

The order declares that these organizations function as quasi-governmental in some areas and floods the United States with criminals and drugs, declares these organizations a national security threat, and prohibits their activities. The International Emergency Economic Powers Act will be invoked to stop this.

The order is the third of 11 border-related executive orders President Trump is expected to sign on Monday. He is expected to announce some in his inaugural address and others during his signing at the White House.

This is the clearest signal yet by the incoming administration that it fully intends to follow through on its fundamental campaign promises to secure the southern border and launch a historic mass deportation campaign.

“Border security must continue to be our top priority,” Noem told lawmakers Friday.
