Exclusive: President-elect Trump on Monday ordered the deployment of U.S. troops to the southern border, repealed a Biden-era parole policy and designated international cartels as foreign terrorist organizations in a sweeping overhaul of more than a dozen executive orders. Fox News has obtained exclusive details on three of the 11 executive orders President Trump is expected to sign related to border security and immigration after taking office.

The order declares that these organizations function as quasi-governmental in some areas and floods the United States with criminals and drugs, declares these organizations a national security threat, and prohibits their activities. The order is the third of 11 border-related executive orders President Trump is expected to sign on Monday. He is expected to announce some in his inaugural address and others during his signing at the White House.
