FOX 1: President-elect Donald Trump says his second term represents a “new chapter” for America and promises Americans that the country’s “best days are yet to come.”
President Trump made the oath in a video released by his team on Monday morning, hours before he took the presidential oath and became the 47th president of the United States.
The video, titled “It’s All About This: Inauguration 2025,” covers everything from his 2021 departure to the FBI’s unprecedented raid on his Mar-a-Lago home, days in court, and a rally. “If there’s one message I want you to take to heart today, it’s this: Never give up,” Trump said in the video.

“Nothing worth doing has ever, ever, ever come easy,” Trump said, followed by a clip of news of the indictment of Special Counsel Jack Smith and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Ta.

Trump survived an assassination attempt at a July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, just days before accepting the Republican nomination. During the event, President Trump unveiled a graph highlighting how illegal immigration has skyrocketed under the Biden-Harris administration. As he turned to the chart, he was shot through the top of his right ear by the now deceased would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks. President Trump believes this graph saved his life.
“But we have to keep our heads down and fight, fight, fight,” Trump narrated. “Never, never give up. The more people say it’s impossible, the more you should be absolutely determined to prove them wrong.”

“We should treat the word ‘impossible’ as a mere motive,” Trump said.
“Enjoy the opportunity to be an outsider, because outsiders are the ones who change the world. And it’s outsiders who create real, lasting change,” President Trump said.

He also says, “The more a broken system tells you that you’re wrong, the more convinced you are that you have to keep going, keep moving forward.”
“Never stop fighting for what you believe in and for the people who care about you,” Trump continued in the voiceover.
