Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 27-year-old woman who disappeared from San Bernardino County about a month ago.
El-Shei Francis was last seen on December 28 near Duffy Street and 3rd Avenue in the unincorporated Muscoy neighborhood.

“Sometime in the late 1990s to early 2000s, Francis traveled with an unknown male in a white Chevrolet two-door work truck,” the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement.
Authorities shared multiple images of Francis, but provided no further details about her disappearance.
Francis is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, and has blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black leggings, black sandals, and white socks.
Anyone with information regarding Francis’ whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 909-387-3545 and reference deputy report number 012402851.
