“I dodged the bullet”
The long -awaited rainfall was full of hope, but the forecasts were flooded with fresh burns in the region, and more confusion in the area where they were attacked by disasters. “This was mostly useful rain … I think we thought we had a bullet,” he said. “It helps the shooting battle and will definitely give us a break from the fire weather.”
In some areas, there was a lot of rain, and heavy rain fell in a short time, especially in the Santa Monica Mountains, and some floods and roads from mud and debris occurred. But the worst scenario was not deployed, Kittel said.
The prediction shows relatively dry days, but it may rain this weekend or next week. Kittel said that this could continue to alleviate the threat of fire.
“There are several signals in one or two rainy events,” he said.
