After entering the Fontana business earlier this month, the officials have confirmed with KTLA on Tuesday, as suspected of killing his beloved Southern California’s grandfather.
The murder happened on the morning of January 10 after the 79 -year -old Fritz Mendoosa and his son opened the store that day.
After walking inside, Fritz noticed that when his son went behind the store, he was sitting at the desk and the ceiling panel was falling on the floor.
He suddenly noticed that the man was sitting on a chair and asked him not to hurt him. The Fontana police later identified the suspect as Ronally Barrett Stanberry (37).
“He passed through the roof and fell,” Fritz’s granddaughter said about the intruder. “I think he was there overnight. The front door was locked.”
The suspect asked Fritz’s son to call, but within a few seconds, a nearby baseball bat was exhibited on the wall, began to shake with Fritz’s head, and finally hit him.
The surveillance video captured the son of Fritz’s son who was fighting a man when he struggled with his hands. Stanberry will eventually escape.
