The suspect was arrested for being alleged to be an elderly man as a hostage before leading an agent in a tracking in Riverside County.
The suspect was identified as Jason Wright, 42 in Cherry Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Office.
On Tuesday, the agent responded to a robbery at 3:15 pm at a 39,000 block of Lincoln Street in Cherry Valley.
The victim was identified as an elderly man, and he told the agent that he was tied to a knife point by light and threatened.
Light is said to steal the victim’s car and hurry before the agent arrived.
