Former Marine Corps from Wisconsin acknowledged on a Federal drug on Friday in relation to the death of another Marine Corps Fentanil’s overdose.
According to a statement in California’s Central District of the California Prosecutor’s Office, Anthony Ruben Hoissenant (24 years old) purchased a pharmaceutical drug advertised by a dealer in May 2020 I was stationed in.
Instead, the authorities said that tablets contained Fentanyl.
A few hours later, the second Marine Corps, who was identified as “LM” in the court record, took a part of the tablet at a conacton party and said that he died immediately.
Whisenant’s ruling is scheduled for Los Angeles in the US District Court on May 7. According to a US lawyer office, he was able to receive up to four years in prison for “using a communication facility -using a mobile phone to commit a drug crime of felony.”
“Our office is still committed to being responsible for the person who circulates Fentanyl in our district and other dangerous substances,” he plays ATTY. Joseph McNalie stated in a statement.
