Small businesses, nonprofits and workers who have been directly affected by the recently sedated Eton and Palisade fires are now able to apply for direct financial aid.
The pair of new funding was held Thursday in partnerships with Los Angeles County, the city of Los Angeles Economic Workforce Development Division, and the Department of Economic Opportunity.
The application is open online and remains in place until February 24th.
Certain SME funds can provide relief of between $2,000 and $25,000 per business or nonprofit that has experienced loss of revenue, structural damage, or inventory loss. Companies should perform an annual review of less than $6 million and employ fewer than 100 employees.
Priority takes precedence over brick and mortar businesses that have been completely destroyed and completely destroyed by people with partial damage, partial damage or loss of equipment, inventory and revenue.
