A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered in exchange for information that leads to the arrest of a man who seriously injured a pedestrian during the Hit and Rank-Slash in Tarzana.
The incident was reported near the intersection of Clark Street and Lessedubirds before 9:30am Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Surveillance footage taken from the scene showed the pickup truck turned and left pedestrians on the floor.
The truck then pulls to the side and the driver leaves the vehicle and approaches the victim. Other drivers are seen getting out of the vehicle to check on pedestrians. Shortly afterwards, the driver returns to the truck and heads east on Clark Street.
Police said they wanted the driver to wear a baseball hat, a blue jacket and dark pants at the time of the crash. He was traveling on a black Ford F-150.
Police say the victim, who is only described as a man in his 60s, is in a state of crisis.
