IN-N-OUT, a California staple, IN-N-OUT, plans to bring a Western corporate office under the roof of one of Baldwin Park, where the company was founded in 1948.
The fast food chain will move nearly 200 Irvine office employees to Baldwin Park by the end of 2029, when the Orange County location closes.
“In every decision regarding In-N-Out Burger’s future, I strongly consider what my grandparents and my family think is best for our company,” said In-N-Out Burger’s owner and owner said Lynsi Snyder, president. Granddaughter of Harry and Esther Snyder, the founders of the company. “I know my family supports this move, because it connects our In-Out families in a way that helps us better serve our customers, our most important priority. Because it’s there.”
The first nn-out restaurant was founded in 1948 in Baldwin Park in a 10-inch x 10′ space as a burger stand. The Baldwin Park office was opened within a mile of the location.
The Irvine Office was founded in 1994.
With the closure of the Irvine office, most of the company’s corporate employees will be in Baldwin Park, or in the new Eastern Territory office in Franklin, Tennessee. The location is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.
The company says it plans to expand to more locations outside of California, but it is not yet clear where they will.
The first n-out location outside of California was introduced in 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
