The Lancaster teen was sentenced to four years in prison after detonating bombs, mass shootings and making more than 375 false calls, including the threat of “killing everyone they see.”
Prosecutors say the call is aimed at high schools, universities, universities, places of worship, government officials and individuals.

He was arrested in January for a Florida charge related to a threat he committed to a religious group in Sanford, Florida, prosecutors said. Fillion threatened to carry a mass shooting at the site and claimed he had an illegally changed AR-15, a Glock 17 pistol, a pipe bomb and a Molotov cocktail.
He pleaded guilty in federal court to this threat and the creation of three others.
They included an October 2022 call that claimed they had planted bombs at a public high school in western Washington. In a May 2023 call to historically black universities in northern Florida, he told the dispatcher that he hid the bombs in the walls and ceilings of campus homes that explode in an hour.
Finally, he pleaded guilty to a July 2023 call to police departments in western Texas. There he claimed he was a senior federal law enforcement officer who killed his mother. With the call, he gave the federal officer’s home address and threatened to kill the corresponding police officer, prosecutors said.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Secret Service with support from law enforcement agencies across the country, including the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged in the Central District of Florida.
