Lee Zeldin, new administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), said it has cancelled a $50 million environmental justice grant to an organization that appears to “climate Justice will go through free Palestine.”
Zeldin, sworn as EPA administrator at the end of January, was a guest on “A Story with Martha McCallum” on Thursday, where he spoke about the cancellation of the grant.
“Today, I cancelled a $50 million grant to an organization called the Climate Justice Alliance,” he said. “They say climate justice will run through free Palestine. I don’t think American taxpayers want to ask this left-wing advocacy group for $50 million. That’s been cancelled.”
Zeldin also pointed out that Congress is defending the grant.

The EPA also sent $160 million to Canadian electric bus makers under the Biden administration.
Zeldin said the Biden administration sent the full amount to the makers rather than paying for school buses while they were in production.
He added that since receiving the money, the company has declared bankruptcy.
“They haven’t yet provided $95 million worth of school buses to 55 school districts,” Zeldin said. “It’s the American taxpayers who get screwed.”

On Wednesday, Zeldin announced that his team had found a $20 billion taxpayer fund that the Biden administration had deliberately wasted.

Zeldin spoke about the X video, and Goldbar was taxes and “throwing them out of the Titanic” meant that the Biden administration knew they were wasting their money.
The new EPA administrator said there are plans to restore the “gold bar” that his team was found to be “parked at an external financial institution,” but he did not mention it by name.

Housing and Urban Development Secretary (HUD) Scott Turner announced the creation of the Doge Task Force at HUD Thursday.
“We identify and eliminate waste, fraud, abuse,” Turner wrote to X. “Under President Trump’s leadership, normal business is over.”
