It was characterized by scrutiny of spending reductions. It is led by high-tech billionaire Elon Musk.

Several protesters were confused and were removed from the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pension (Support) hearing.

After dealing with the chaos, Sen. Jim Banks, R. India, complained about “an explosion of some of the protesters in the room,” urging Democrats from the Blue State to speak out in their defense.

“A lot of them have said they are… teachers. Can you imagine them teaching these people and teaching our kids in classrooms across America? The bank said.

newly elected Senator Angela of Brooks, D-Md. fights back against the Republican senators, saying the protesters are “just like someone who wants to teach our children.”

In January, Trump said that legal protections under Title IX, a 1972 federal law that prohibits discrimination under federal laws, is a biology rather than a kindergarten-to-high school identity. It has been declared based on the gender of the person. Learning institution.

“[W]Omen should feel safe in the locker room. They should feel safe in their space. They shouldn’t need to be exposed to men who undress in front of them. ” – Linda McMahon

Regarding Trump’s Biden administration’s reversal of regulations, McMahon said that “IX went back to how the title was originally established and that it would protect social discrimination.” “He said.

Trump’s candidate also said that if confirmed, he will “confirm that the law is in force” on campuses that seek to deny the law.

McMahon raised further questions about the impact of the DEI program during the Senate confirmation hearing. She criticized the program and argued that they intended to promote diversity, but instead contributed to further splitting American children rather than inclusive.

“Day was – I think so, that’s a tough program,” McMahon said. “It was set up on the surface for more diversity, for fairness and inclusion. And I think what we’re seeing is that it has the opposite effect. …”

She pointed to cases where the DEI program led to separate graduation ceremonies for black and Hispanic students, claiming that such measures were against the goal of inclusion. We are not achieving what we want to embrace and achieve,” she added.

D-Conn. Sen. Chris Murphy of the Department of Defense, who canceled programming for Black History Month.

He said, “If Connecticut schools celebrate Martin Luther King Day and have a series of events and programming teachings on black history, they should stop running the DEI program. Are you violating the policy?

McMahon opposed, saying that events like the Black History Month celebration should be celebrated at all schools.

“In my opinion, that’s obviously not,” she said. “The Martin Luther King Day celebration of Black History Month should be celebrated at all our schools. Martin Luther King is one of the most powerful supporters to make sure he sees all the groups. I think it was. He said he would want his children to be judged by the content of their personality, not their skin color.”

Musk’s government spending cuts also sparked debate, with Democrats pushing McMahon on whether she would support Doge’s dramatic cuts.

“I think Americans spoke out loud in the election last November, saying they wanted to see government waste, fraud and abuse,” said McMahon, former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment.

If Democrats, including Virginia Sen. Tim Kane, are pushed by Democrats and follow the cut proposed by the “Doge Brothers,” McMahon said she could follow Congressional law “because it’s law.”

D-Wash. Senator Patty Murray of the company also asked if McMahon believes Doge has access to “private student data,” suggesting that their probes “everyone has to be scared.”

“We understand that these employees are onboard as Ministry of Education employees, so we operate under restraints that utilize access to information,” McMahon said.

“That’s not my understanding,” Murray shot back.

Murray said that “not being accountable” for Doge staff is “deeply intrusive” and that if they have access to student personal information, they should “scarry everyone.”
