The order, according to a Breitbart report confirmed by the White House, states that “federal funds will be used to support or grant educational institutions, state educational institutions, local educational institutions, elementary, middle schools, or higher education institutions. It is prohibited. Therefore, students must be vaccinated against Covid-19 to participate in in-person education programs.”
He is also working to establish compliance guidelines for Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy and Education Secretary to establish and “provide plans to end mandatory COVID-19 vaccine orders.”
This includes coming up with a system that blocks federal funding for “educational institutions” who are required to receive coronavirus vaccines.
