The legendary Mexican singer Paquita La del Barrio passed away at the age of 77.
Pakita, whose real name is Francisca Vivelos Valadas, passed away at her home in Veracruz, Mexico. Her family revealed in an Instagram post Monday morning that she had passed away.

Her death comes after being hospitalized in 2022 due to pulmonary thrombosis. This had a major impact on her mobility, and she was pulled back with some appearances.
