Dashcam Video captured a motorcyclist struck by a hit-and-run driver in San Bernardino County.
On Tuesday, witnesses who recorded crashes were driving on 15 highways in Rancho Cucamonga on a busy morning commute.
A black Subaru sedan suddenly merges into another lane, attacking a nearby motorcyclist, causing the biker to fall onto the road.

The video filmed the biker standing up after the collision. The suspect did not stop and continued driving.
” [motorcyclist] He turned over and his head literally hit the floor,” the witness told KTLA’s Shelby Nelson, who didn’t want to be identified.
After the shock, the witness thought the suspect would hand over, but when he saw the vehicle heading off ramp, it was that he realized that a hit and run was happening and that the driver was planning on running away. He said there wasn’t.
He quickly decided to follow the suspect and recorded license plate information before calling 911.
Witnesses said they were determined to capture the suspect after the incident collided near their home. He was also injured in a hit and rank rush a few months ago and is still recovering.
“I had back surgery recently for that, so it had an impact on my life in a very bad way,” he said. “I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else.”
A spokesman for the Rancho Cucamonga office of the California Highway Patrol confirmed the officers placed on the suspect’s driver within an hour of the report and collected statements from them.
The CHP said the driver was not immediately arrested, but authorities have decided whether to recommend the district attorney to file a felony blow and operational charge.
KTLA spoke with an injured motorcyclist. He said he remained injured and injured, and shed tears in the lower back area.
Witnesses told KTLA that he wants justice and that the right outcome will be given to hit and run drivers.
