Authorities say the criminal lovers saw their robber run end on Valentine’s Day, when they were arrested by Burbank police detectives after an attempted robbery at Downey Donut Shop.

Our community is safe for that.”
According to the charges, Brand, Tucker and Lucky are charged with three counts of attempted robbery, one count of attempted robbery and one conspiracy to commit intervention in commercial business by robbery. The man is also charged with four counts of wielding firearms to promote violent crimes.
Additionally, Brand is charged with one count of being a felony in possession of a firearm and one count of being a felony in possession of ammunition. He is not legally permitted to own a firearm or ammunition due to his previous felony conviction in Los Angeles Superior Court for carjacking and possession of drugs in prison.
If convicted, Brand, Tucker and Lucky face a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison for each robbery-related count. Brando and Tucker will also face a seven-year minimum sentence in federal prison for each count that swings a firearm. Finally, Brand will also face up to 15 years in federal prisons for each Earl, who is a felony, who is a felon who is carrying a firearm and possesses ammunition.
