Dunkin’s customers will no longer be charged extra for asking for non-milk milk for their drinks.
Starting March 5, dairy alternatives will become the standard option for Dunkin’s drinks at no additional cost to guests, a spokesman for the Massachusetts coffee chain told multiple media outlets.
“This allows you to visit any Dunkin location and enjoy traditional and alternative dairy options with drinks at no additional charge,” the spokesman said.

According to the company, policy changes were led by guest feedback.
Dunkin will soon join other coffee chains such as Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, Tim Horton and Scooter. The centre has stopped charging customers extra fees, according to the Responsible Food Business Center.
The change comes after a class action lawsuit was filed against Dunkin in December. According to USA Today, the lawsuit accused them of discriminating against lactose intolerance customers by charging additional fees for non-dairy products.
