Democrats proved at a press conference on Medicaid protection on Thursday that Elon Musk’s government efficiency has become an inevitable policy debate under President Donald Trump’s second term.

Lamont said it would be impossible to plan for unpredictable and last-minute budget cuts, adding that Medicaid cuts would cost $2 billion.
