FBI Director Kash Patel will be tapped to run alcohol, cigarettes, firearms and explosives (ATFs) confirmed by Fox News Digital Saturday.
The news comes the day after Patel was sworn in as the 9th FBI Director in a narrow Senate vote.
Former FBI director Christopher Ray resigned at the end of former President Joe Biden’s term, and Attorney General Pam Bondi fired ATF legal counsel Pamela Hicks on Thursday.
