Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Christie Noem said they should leave the country now or face serious consequences, including losing the opportunity to enjoy freedom and live their American dreams. It warns illegal immigrants.
Noem appeared on “Jesse Watters Primetime” Tuesday night to discuss her latest initiative and announce an illegal alien registration that requires fingerprints.
The secretary said the DHS would implement the Immigration and Nationality Act, enacted in 1952, creating several tools that would track illegal aliens and force them to voluntarily leave the United States.
According to DHS, the tool includes criminal penalties for immigrants who choose not to leave the US, register and be fingerprinted with the federal government, and notify the federal government of changes to their addresses. It was stated to be included.

Illegal immigrants who fail to leave the United States will be charged with crimes that result in “severe penalties,” DHS said.
However, immigrants who fail to register with the federal government could face fines, imprisonment, or both.
“For decades, this law has been ignored, and it’s not like that anymore,” DHS said.

NOEM and DHS want to convince illegal immigrants that self-deporting is a safer path not only for them but also for law enforcement officials.
“President Trump and Secretary Noem have a clear message to the illegal people of our country. We’re leaving now. If we leave now, we have the opportunity to enjoy our freedom and live our American dreams. Maybe it is,” said Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesman for DHS. “The Trump administration will enforce all immigration laws. We will choose and choose the laws that we will enforce. We will know who is in our country for the safety and security of our hometown and all Americans. It needs to be.”
DHS encourages U.S. immigrants to illegally encourage immigration and visit the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services websites that have instructions on how to register with the federal government.

Noem’s push reaches those planning to illegally enter the United States more than a week after sending harsh warnings on behalf of President Donald Trump.
“Let President Trump share a message to the world. If you’re thinking about getting into America illegal, don’t even think about it,” she said. “Let me be clear. If you come to our country and you break our laws, we will drive you down. Criminals are not welcome in the US. Drugs, human beings. There are violent criminals who buy and sell.

Noem is the fourth member of the Trump administration, receiving approval from the Senate, leading the department when securing borders and tackling illegal immigration is the new administration’s top priority.
The administration has taken many actions to secure borders, including deploying the military, resuming wall construction, and ending the Biden-era parole program.
