Authorities are looking for inmates who fled from detention at a Long Beach facility Tuesday night.
According to the California Department of Amendments and Rehabilitation, 23-year-old Evans L. Issan had been sentenced at a Male Community Reentry Program facility in Long Beach when he fled around 7:20pm.
Authorities began searching for the building and site, but Aitan was nowhere to be found. He escaped from the facility’s grounds by entering the passenger seat of a gray jeep 4-door pickup truck.

He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and dark hair. He finally saw him wearing a black sweatshirt and gray shorts.
Aitan was hospitalized at the centre on June 12, 2024. He has sentenced three years and four months for first-degree robbery, avoiding arrests while driving recklessly, and resisting peace officers.
The CDCR’s Correction Safety Authority and the authorities with local law enforcement have been notified to assist in searching.
It is unknown where Eitan is heading.
