R-Ga, chairman of the House of Representatives Monitoring Doge Subcommittee. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene threatened the possibility of a “crime referral” during a hearing Wednesday about the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

“Based on this hearing and witness testimony, the committee will consider an investigation and recommendation for criminal referrals,” Greene began a line of questions after several witnesses made statements after making statements held to the committee. The lawmakers reiterated that Hunter Biden was on the board of Ukrainian energy company Brisma when his father, Joe Biden, was vice president.

“The Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin at the time was investigating Brisma for corruption. Biden threatened him. And if Schkin is not fired, Biden will withhold a billion USAID grants to Ukraine.”

“Is USAID supposed to be used as leverage by the president to protect his son?” she asked.

Primorak replied, “No, we call it that corruption.”

“In your estimate, is it dependent on nearly what percentage of the USAID funding is badly funded actors and efforts that don’t have the greatest benefits of Americans in mind?” Green added.

Primolac said it was discovered through the House Foreign Affairs Committee’s work that USAID paid more than 50% for overhead fees, with USAID inspectors “criticizing the agency for not knowing that it was being sold for a $142 billion payment to all of these actors.”

“It’s very troublesome,” he added.

Another witness, Greg Roman, executive director of the Middle East Forum, said he was there to testify to “because foxes are loose in our foreign aid system’s chicken coops. Instead, a system that raises foreign settlements is intended to attack millions of taxpayer dollars on extremists and terrorist-related organizations.”

“If we don’t repair these fences now, we risk promoting violence against allies, our troops and potentially ourselves,” he added. And it risks the lives of innocent people around the world and locks up government officials moving forward with these radical anti-American pet projects. ”

Greene did not specify who was potentially a recipient of the crime referral.

“Democrat-run USAID should not spend US taxpayer dollars,” the chairman said.

Green said 95% of all political contributions from USAID employees go to the Democratic candidate or PAC.

“There is no denying a revolving door between USAID employees and NGOs receiving USAID funds. Should we consider investigating whether USAID funds have returned to the Democratic campaign?” she asked later.

With her closing remarks, Greene again brought criminal referrals in connection with USAID fundraising.

“What we hear today is that USAID is being used as a tool by Democrats to brainwash the world with globalist propaganda to force change in administrations around the world,” she said. “But if USAID funds the terrorist attacks that led to the death of Americans,” Green added. “This committee will introduce you to the crime.”

Democrats on the committee listened to the claim that the Trump administration’s dismantling of USAID was illegal, supporting foreign enemies and “sorted the global stages” to “destroy global democracy.”
