Officials are asking for help find “Louis” after someone broke into an animal shelter in San Bernardino earlier this week.
“Today (Wednesday) at 3:30am (Wednesday) our shelter broke and bolt cutters were used to release many of our dogs,” sbcitypets was posted on Instagram and a video of the intrusion was posted.
San Bernardino police were able to track down the suspects currently in custody, and most of the dogs were found, including four people who were thrown into the trash, according to the Post.

These dogs are “now safe and receive medical care from their partner veterinarian.”
However, they still lack the very cute cream colour and microchip Chihuahuas.
“Louis” Missing Chihuahuas can be seen in images provided by pets in the city of San Bernardino.
“We need the help of the community to bring her back!” authorities said.
Anyone with information about “Louis”‘s whereabouts was asked to call a pet in San Bernardino at 909-998-4000.
