Two people were injured and at least one person is in custody after the suspect led police in a pursuit in Los Angeles Sunday afternoon.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed with KTLA that the pursuit began around 1:52pm for a call for a stolen black infinity near Dorsey Street and 41st place.
LAPD said the stolen vehicle had two residents.
Then, around 1:55pm, LAPD said the phone was called by a man and woman who had just been injured in a chase at Vernon and Central Avenue, central Alameda.
Police confirmed that the woman was walking when she was hit. As of 5:40pm it was not clear whether the injured man was a pedestrian or suspect in pursuit.
Ambulances were called for both patients and police said the woman was taken to hospital in an unknown condition.
Officials were unable to access any further details regarding the patient’s status on Sunday evening.
The footage from the Civic App marked the end of a pursuit that appears to have crashed through a house fence under the tree.
Details are limited, and police did not immediately clarify whether the second resident of the suspect vehicle had been arrested.
