The Walt Disney Company has cut its workforce by 6%, cutting nearly 200 jobs from within ABC News Group and Disney’s entertainment network.
Newsletter status was the first to report this was coming.
According to the Wall Street Journal, sources say that most of the impact is felt at the New York-based ABC News Entity.
The move will merge ABC News Studios, 20/20, Nightline and “Impact X Nightline” into one unit, reporting a deadline.
