Taco Bell announced plans for the new menu items and brands at its second annual Live MAS event in New York City on Tuesday.
Here’s what Taco Bell fans can expect on the menu in 2025:
Taco Bell is opening its first live Más cafe in Mountain, Southern California. Milk Bar Birthday Cake Churros: A little bit of a birthday cake filled with matte snacks, topped with bright pink confetti sprinkles. Quesocrisp Taco: An all-new taco with a shell made from crispy cheese. Toasted Cheddar Street Chalpa: Cheddar Baked Shell, a brand new chili lime crema sauce with a layer of toasted crunchy cheese on the outside toasted for the perfect crunch, bringing a punch of flavour. Packed with flavors loved by fans of street-inspired flavors, they choose slow roast chicken or marinated grilled steak, topped with diced onion and cilantro, served in two pairs. Decades of Menu: After reviving nostalgic fan favorites last year, the brand will do it again with menu products from the early 2000s to early 2010s. Grilled Cheese Burrito and Beef with Shredded: Everything fans love is what they love about grilled cheese burritos with shredded beef. Flamin’Hot Burrito: An all-new burrito featuring nacho cheese sauce, flamin hot fritos, fat saury cream, seasoned beef and new flamin hot rice wrapped in warm tortillas. Poblano Quesadilla with Roll: Marine Steak, Slow Roast Chicken, Poblano Peppers rolled into one quesadilla. Crispy Chicken: After making a splash on the menu in late 2024, the crispy chicken nuggets are back. In addition to La Carte options, there are also crunchy chicken burritos and tacos that will hit the menu in locations in the US and Canada this year, along with an avocado farm and spicy ranchero sauce. Mike’s Hot Honey Diablo Sauce: Taco Bell will work with Mike’s Hot Honey to create a bold and spicy Mike’s Hot Honey Diablo Sauce, heading out to the menu with crispy chicken nuggets later this year. Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu (Currently Available): Taco Bell is getting the heat up with its Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu. Featuring an all-new Caliente sauce made with red jalapeño for the perfect balance of spice and flavour, this limited-time menu brings fiery excitement to fan favorite items. Steak and Queso Crunch Warap Slider (Currently Available): The fully portable slider elevates iconic menu items with mini tostada wrapped in grilled marinated steak, creamy chipotle sauce, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese and grilled powdered tortilla, serving as a fun pair of two pairs, side by side with green chili components. Luxe Cravings Boxes: Taco Bell introduced the $5, $7 and $9 Luxe Cravings box earlier this year, matching Taco Bell’s mission to provide more flavors, more choices and more value to all fans. The brand also pulled back the curtains in the test kitchen and showed participants that they could add new innovations to their menu.
Weak Knee Fire: Taco Bell is working with Brooklyn-born seasoning brand Bushwick Kitchen to light up your week’s knees with a new sauce that combines the iconic fire sauce with Bushwick Kitchen’s weak knee Gochujang Sriracha. The sauce is smoky and spicy with a pop of citrus fruit. Zab’s Hot Ranch: Zab’s Hot Sauce specializes in craft hot sauces using Datil Pepper, known for its prolonged, slow burns. Taco Bell will work with Zab’s to create a new sauce that takes Zab’s known flavors and adds Taco Bell’s spicy lunch sauce. Purple Chili Sauce: A rich purple sauce featuring three unique chili: adipanca, habanero and ghost pepper. For the tasting experience, this sauce required crispy fageta. Tempura abused crunchy peppers, onions and jalapenos paired with a white habanero ranch for soaking. Queso Fundido wrapped in chicken taquitos: crispy taquitos stuffed with green chili queso Fundido stuffed with chicken. Short Rib Chili Lele No Burrito: Anaheim Green Chili stuffed with melted cheese and short rib beef. Brisket Tacos: Tacos with slow roast brisket, fine cheese and purple cabbage. Putin Fries: A bed of seasoned fries topped with slow roasted pork, delicious gravy and cheese curds. Ube Strawberry Cookie: Crispy, chewy sugar cookies, filled with rich vanilla Ube cream with strawberry pieces in cookies and stuffing, plus sprinkles. Mexican Pizza Empanadas: All the fans are all things we love about cult classic Mexican pizza within the flake-like crispy empanadas. Mini Taco Salad: A bite-sized version of the taco salad that was on the Taco Bell menu from 1984 to 2017, with added salsa verde and lime. Tacodilla: An oversized taco shell made from corn powdered tortillas filled with Asada, melted cheese and guazillo pepper sauce. It’s baked to perfection and inspired by traditional Mexican street food. Salted Caramel & Toffee Cream Empanada Bite: A twist of beloved caramel apple empanadas with salted caramel and toffee cream.

Taco Bell doesn’t just expand the menu. The restaurant is also expanding. The brand aims to triple international stores by 2030 and generate revenues of between $2.2 million and $3 million for each US restaurant.
