A US judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to pay at least some of nearly $2 billion in foreign aid for projects previously completed by 6pm Monday.

The decision from US District Judge Amir Ali came on Thursday after more than four hours of court hearing. He grilled both parties on the proposed repayment plan and got a time frame for the government to comply with the $19 billion foreign aid completed.

At the end of the hearing, Judge Ali ordered the government to pay at least a portion of the $19 billion by 6pm on Monday.

“I think it would be reasonable to pay the plaintiff’s bill by 6pm on Monday,” Judge Ali said. “Order today is the first concrete step when the plaintiff paid his bill… [and] Completed before February 13th, as payments will be made by 6pm on Monday, March 10th. ”

The order set a February 26 deadline at 11:59pm on February 26, 11:59pm for the administration to pay the outstanding debts to foreign aid groups.

The Justice Department had argued that timelines were “impossible” to follow.

However, Judge Ali appeared to reject the concept on Thursday. After asking the court after asking for the latest payment, he asked the court after asking for the latest payment, saying that it might be difficult to make financial transactions over the weekend and responded with the government paying more than $70 million in the early hours of Wednesday morning to Thursday morning.

The 5-4 Supreme Court decision paid the case back to DC Federal Court and Judge Ali, hashing details of what must be paid.

Judge Ali moved swiftly following the High Court decision, with the parties returning to court on Thursday to weigh plausible repayment schedules.

The proposed schedule states that “we need to explain the length of time that has passed since TRO. [temporary restraining order] Filled and there was a feasibility of the timeline of compliance. ”

The problem with the incident was that the government would have to pay nearly $2 billion to support the group and contractors for a completed project funded by the US Organization for International Development (USAID) (USAID) in order to eliminate all government foreign expenditures as “efficiency” and eliminate waste.

In a Supreme Court application, our representative, Governor Sarah Harris, said that while the plaintiffs’ claims are likely “legal,” the time that Justice Ali gave them to pay the unpaid bills was “not logistically or technically viable.”

The plaintiffs alleged that a lower court judge ordered the Trump administration to begin paying foreign aid more than two weeks ago. The deadline said the government simply could not meet, or even took steps to meet — indicating that the government had no plans to do good by meeting that demand.
