An Amazon driver was arrested and charged with a victim of sexual assault while delivering the package.
The suspect was identified Wednesday as Fernando Barrett Hernandez, 24, of Los Angeles, according to the Glendale Police Department.
Police said on Jan. 21, a woman was walking near Brand Boulevard and Chevy Chase Drive in Glendale when she approached the birther and was sexually assaulted.
Barreto-Hernandez was arrested three days later, but due to another incident that occurred in LA in December 2024.
During that incident, Barrett Hernandez was accused of sexually assaulting a minor woman while he was delivering packages to Amazon.
On February 21, he appeared in court for the assault in LA. After the hearing, he was taken into custody for the attack in Glendale.

The LA County District Attorney’s Office filed both felony and misdemeanor charges in two cases. The suspect was later released from bond custody.
Barreto-Hernandez works for several delivery companies, including Amazon, Amazon Flex and FedEx, police said.
Detectives are looking for more potential victims than they have yet to make progress.
