Several Carmax employees and customers were injured on Saturday after the driver plunged into an Inglewood dealership.
Authorities responded to a crash call just after 2pm at a car dealership in the 8600 block of South Rasienega Boulevard.
According to Inglewood Police, the client left the building after the conflict and deliberately pushed him to Carmax.
Eight people were injured in the crash. Authorities say six of these injuries were minor, while the other two were significant.
The driver tried to escape but was immediately arrested by LAPD officers.
“This afternoon, a customer passed through a store in Inglewood, California, attacked and injured a fellow and client who was currently receiving care at a hospital. This individual was a customer who was assessing the vehicle. He was arrested by police. At this point, the safety of our associates, our community and our customers is our number one priority, and our hearts are shocking to everyone.
