Exclusive – House GOP’s Campaign Committee is aiming to be Congressional Democrats to fund the federal government until September 30th to oppose measures to avoid government shutdowns at the end of this week.

The National Republican Congressional Committee has launched digital ads to 35 House Democrats who could face challenging or competitive races in the middle of 2026, where the GOP aims to protect a vulnerable majority in the room.

The spot, first shared with Fox News on Wednesday morning, rose almost completely along the party line a few hours after the house, voted 217-213 to pass a Republican bill that cuts non-defense spending by about $13 billion, increasing defence spending by about $6 billion, and giving President Donald Trump a way to spend money.

Thanks to the land lobbying by Trump and his allies, his allies in and out of the room did not require a single Democrat vote to pass the bill.

Trump-backed bills to maintain government funding clear important hurdles

R-La. House Speaker Mike Johnson will meet with reporters and House Republicans will move forward on the interim GOP spending bill funding federal agencies through September 30th, Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Capitol in Washington.

One Democrat of Maine’s moderate Jared Golden, who represents the district where Trump was transported in the last three presidential elections, voted for the Republican action.

And Republicans voting against the Kentucky bill are threatened by Trump and his allies at a major challenge for him to reelection next year.

Digital ads by the NRCC are the same as all targets and will run online in the districts of Democrats Josh Harder (CA-09), Adam Gray (CA-13), Jim Costa (CA-21), Raul Louis (CA-25), George White Sidside (CA-27), Derectlan (CA-45), Davemin (CA-45), Levin (CA-47), George White Sidside (CA-25), and Davemin (CA-47). Darren Soto (FL-09) and Jared Moskovitz (FL-23) of California; Eric Sorensen (IL-17) of Illinois. Frank Murban (IN-01) of Indiana. Kristen McDonald Rivet (MN-08) of Michigan. Don Davis (NC-01) of North Carolina. Chris Pappas (NH-01) and Maggie Goodlander (NH-02) of New Hampshire. Josh Gottimer (NJ-05) and Nelly Pooh (NJ-09) of New Jersey. Gabe Vasquez (NM-02) of New Mexico. Dina Titus (NV-01), Susie Lee (NV-03) and Stephen Horseford (NV-04) of Nevada. Tom Suzzy (NY-03), Laura Gillen (NY-04), Pat Ryan (NY-18), and Josh Reilly (NY-19) of New York. Greg Landsman (OH-01), Mercy Captur (OH-09), and Emilia Sills (OH-13) of Ohio. Janelle Bynum (OR-05) of Oregon. Henry Culler (TX-28) and Vicente Gonzalez (TX-34) of Texas. Eugene Vindman (VA-07) of Virginia. Marie Grusenkamp Perez (WA-03) of Washington.

NRCC says there is modest ad purchases behind the digital spot.

“Hospital Democrats have threw tantrums at the expense of the American people and shut down the government just to score political points. After months of failure, they have learned nothing and doubled their embarrassing dysfunction,” said NRCC spokesman Mike Marinella.

“The strong House Democrats’ vote against this reckless Republican spending bill speaks for itself,” Rep. Hakem Jeffries, New York’s leader, told reporters after the vote.
