Special mission president Richard Grenell, who works in the leadership position with the Kennedy Center, suggested that political left people are “intolerant.”
“The intolerable left is an extremist who can’t even sit in the same room as people like them who don’t vote. What happened to Democrats today? They’re very intolerant,” he declared as he commented on the episode.

President Donald Trump announced the shaking of the Kennedy Center leaders last month.
“I have decided to quickly close multiple individuals from the board, including a chairman who does not share a vision for the golden age of arts and culture. We will soon announce a new board meeting with the incredible chairman Donald J. Trump!” the president declared in February in part of the Truth Social Post.
He later announced that Grenell would serve as interim executive director.
“The board has elected President Donald J. Trump as the Kennedy Center’s board chairperson, replacing former chairman David M. Rubenstein,” and “ends the contract for Kennedy Center President Deborah F. Lutter and announces Richard Grenell as interim Kennedy Center President.”
The press release also noted that more than a dozen new Kennedy Center Council members have been announced, including Usha Vance, Trump and others.
