After much speculation, “Ted Lasso” returns to Apple TV+.
On Friday, the streamer revealed in an Instagram post that the popular series has been updated for the fourth season.
“Season 4,” the caption said along with a photo of a fourth blue bleach chair engraved with “Ted Lasso.”
Fans of the show were immediately featured in the comments section.
“The best news,” one fan wrote.
“We’ve always believed this would happen the way it always is. We’re so happy that it’s happening!” Radio Times said.

“Season 4?! This is looking for biscuits,” wrote another fan who references Lasso’s famous gift.
Jason Sudeikis is returning as an optimistic American football coach who manages the UK soccer team. He is also an executive producer.
According to Variety, Hannah Wadindam will be reprising her role as Rebecca Welton.
Actress Junho Temple, who plays Keely Jones, is still talking about returning, Deadline reports.

Various reports say the show will take place in the native Kansas home in Lasso and in the UK.
The series debuted in 2020 on Apple TV+ with last season three and rapped up in 2023. Though considered the series’ finale, the cast of the show often dropped hints.
