Two suspects have been arrested, allegedly found with stolen credit cards, passports and packages.
The suspects were identified as both Huntington Beach resident Jay James Ratunski, 36, and Yvonne Bagley, 39, according to Irvine police.
On March 8th, police responded to a report of theft of a mailroom at Park Place Apartment. The suspect reportedly was interrupted by security as he escaped with a package.

Officers arrived on scene and quickly spotted the woman while she walked away from the complex. The male suspect was arrested as he walked in the opposite direction.
While searching for the suspect’s car, police found a collection of stolen items, including EBT cards, passports and credit cards. Evidence of identity theft was also found on the vehicle.
The stolen mailroom package was dumped in a nearby landscaping.
The pair were arrested on multiple charges, including robbery and conspiracy. Ratunski, a male suspect, was also charged with identity theft.
No further details have been made as the incident remains under investigation.
