A double murder suspect was taken into custody after two adults (one man and one woman) were found dead at their home in San Gabriel Valley on Saturday afternoon.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office said the Azusa Police Department was called around 2pm in the 300 block of North Twindle Avenue, probably to report someone screaming from a domestic violence incident.
Officers arrived and detained the man in front of the house. LASD said the man was “found with many apparent knife wounds and taken to a local hospital where he was listed in critical condition.”
Upon entering the home, the sheriff’s office said the officers found that men and women also suffered from the wounds of many knifes.
Officials have declared two casualties who died at the scene. LASD did not disclose the victim’s identity as of Saturday evening.
According to Stringer Service RMG News, unconfirmed reports state that the victim was parents and the suspect was likely their son.
However, the Sheriff’s Department did not immediately comment on these details.
