President El Salvador announced that his country has accepted hundreds of Venezuelan gang members who lived illegally as a US judge moved to stop the deportation of illegal immigrants under the wartime laws summoned by President Donald Trump.

“Today, Tren de Aragua, the first 238 members of Venezuelan criminal organization, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to Cecot, a terrorism confinement center for a year (releasable),” said President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador, posted on X on Sunday morning, accompanied by a video frame of a tarmac plane.

“On this occasion, the US has also sent 23 MS-13 members sought for Salvador justice, including two masterminds, one of which is a member of the highest structure of criminal organizations,” he added.

Tren de Aragua is a Venezuela-related gang that infiltrated communities in states such as Colorado and Texas. Meanwhile, the MS-13 is a gang set in Los Angeles with ties to El Salvador, which has deep roots in other states such as California and Maryland. The State Department last month designated both gangs as foreign terrorist groups.

El Salvador agrees to accept deportees of all nationalities after meeting with Rubio

Secretary of State Marco Rubio celebrated President Salvador as “the most powerful security leader in our region” and “the greatest friend of the United States” for accepting illegal foreigners of crime.

“We responded to the justice of the 21 most nominated members of El Salvador, in addition to two dangerous top MS-13 leaders. We also sent over 250 alien enemy members of Trenderagua, as promised in @potus. Thank you!” Rubio posted on X.

The deportation of gang members comes when US District Judge James Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to halt the deportation of illegal immigrants under wartime power laws that President Donald Trump called on Friday to target U.S. Tren de Aragua members

The Alien Enemy Act of 1798 was called three times before during the war of 1812, allowing for the deportation of indigenous peoples and citizens of enemy nations, including World War I and World War II.

Boasberg ordered Saturday that the Trump administration would be banned from using wartime power laws to deport illegal foreigners. He added that he heard “flights are departing aggressively,” and ordered them to return.

However, the planes of violent gang members arrived in El Salvador this weekend, with Bukere accompanied by laughing emojis in response to the news of Boasberg’s order “ooopsie…too late.”

Bukere offered to take illegal immigrants of nationalities facing US deportation in February and book illegal aliens in his country’s infamous prison system.

“We can send them and he’ll put them in his prison,” Rubio told reporters that Bukere’s offer in February.” He also offered to serve a U.S. sentence despite being a dangerous offender currently in custody and a US citizen or legal resident. ”

The Secott Prison in El Salvador is known as the country’s most notorious prison. The prison, which can house 40,000 prisoners, was built to house gang members in a country that held one of the highest murder rates in the world before violence declined in recent history. CECOT prisoners block visitors’ recipients and are able to effectively attend hearings, but the prison itself blocks mobile phone signals, ensuring that gang members are still unable to contact criminals on the streets.

President El Salvador torn off the FBI Trump attack and we question what the government says if his police target candidates

“The US pays them very low fees, but for us, they pay high fees. Over time, these actions, combined with production already produced by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under Zero IDLENES, helps to make the prison system independent.

“As always, we continue to fight organized crime, but this time we can also gain important intelligence to support our allies, to help our prison systems independently and to make our country even safer.
