Not a White House favorite, the Associated Press shot in the leg.
The next retraction is nothing but humiliation.
“The Associated Press has retracted the story about US National Intelligence Director Tarshi Gabbard, whom President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are very good friends,” Gabbard was talking about Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Trump denounces massive media for “illegal” reports and effectively abolishes American voices
Oops! In the first place, how do you run the work without being glued to it?
Wire Services you may remember are suing the Trump administration for refusing to refer to the “Gulf of America” and banishing reporters from the White House pool. So this unforced error puts the White House in i-told-you-so mode.
On Monday, when Trump was at the Kennedy Center, an NBC reporter tried to ask a question, Trump asked, “Who are you with?”

After the journalists identified himself, the president said:
The Trump team later posted a swap for a “microdrop” emoji.
The point is that Trump will control the news no matter what he does. And, like I’ve said for 35 years, I know him, but even a torrent of negative publicity helps him as his media detractors play on his grass.
While Trump visited the Kennedy Center, he “floated” the idea of hosting the annual awards show personally. And he cornered Democrat board members, so who is going to stop him?
Elon Musk, a Lightning Rod who calls his enemies “traitors,” becomes a hot target.
He said the ratings will skyrocket. And he’s right about it.
As the New York Times points out, young Trump dreamed of becoming a Broadway producer. He says now that the Kennedy Center will focus on producing “Broadway Hits.”
Incidentally, Trump released an 80,000-page JFK assassination file yesterday and didn’t ask for editing.
The president can make news about a small whim by simply posting in a true society.

He just chased after Judge James Boasberg.
“This judge should be bounced each, like many of the bent judges, forced me to appear before!!!” We do not want vicious, violent, and perceived criminals in our country.
This post sparked a rare responsibility from Secretary John Roberts.
“For over two centuries, it has been established that each is not an appropriate response to differences in opinion over judicial decisions. For that purpose, there is a normal appeal review process.”
Donald Trump faces terrible reporting and softens tone and tactics for Elon Musk’s Doge Crusade
The president is also updating his habit of personally chasing journalists. Ashley Parker had a very successful career with the New York Times and the Washington Post. She is also an MSNBC analyst and recently joined the Atlantic.
She asked Trump to interview him.
After dismissing the liberal Atlantic as a “third-rate magazine,” Trump posted:
“Ashley Parker can’t do a fair and impartial interview. She’s an extreme left-major and as bad as I know her, she’s as bad as possible. Until this date, she doesn’t know that she’s won the President three times.
Chief Justice John Roberts will be presenting the coalition speech of U.S. Congressman Joe Biden on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Parker is restrained rather than radical, and in raising the 2020 election, Trump asks her to accept something that has never been proven by the court or his own attorney general.
A magazine spokesman said, “Atlantic reporters are hardworking and fair and continue to pursue stories that are important to the public.”
And then there is the actual job of the presidency. Trump reported yesterday in a 90-minute call with Vladimir Putin.
They “emphasized the need for improved bilateral relations between the US and Russia” – not surprising.
“Leaders agreed that the move towards peace begins with energy and infrastructure ceasefires, technical negotiations on the implementation of a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea, a complete ceasefire and permanent peace.
“They will further discuss the need to stop the spread of strategic weapons and engage others to ensure the widest possible application. The two leaders shared their view that Iran should not be in a position to destroy Israel.”
And: “The two leaders agree that a future with improved bilateral relations between the US and Russia has great advantages, including “enormous economic transactions and geopolitical stability.”

It seems like Trump is nothing adjacent to it. A 30-day pause in attacks on energy plants and infrastructure is about it. Everything else is subject to negotiation. This will allow the Kremlin to continue attacking Ukraine, giving it time to be trapped in further territorial interests. A real ceasefire seems to be a long way.
But whether Trump is under attack or under attack, he drives news every day, even inserting himself into cultural and sports topics. Keep that in mind if an evaluation-driven president hosts Kennedy Center honors.
