The Florida Congressional Democratic candidate has been criticized for promoting “radical gender ideology” after showing that he advocated for children to undergo gender transition treatment.
“Prohibiting health care for human rights is a human rights violation,” said Josh Weil, the Congressional Democratic candidate for FL-06, posted on X, known as Twitter in March 2021.
“#transrightsarehumanrights And while we’re in it, it’s #MedicareForAll, so every trans child has free access to the medical services they need.”
Weil had responded to a post from the ACLU that said, “Breaking: Arkansas has become the first state to ban health care for trans youth.”

In another post, Weil opposed the Iowa bill. “The user responded, “If you plan to ask children about their preferred pronouns, you will require the teacher to give the teacher a seven-day notification.”
“Along with all the harm, this is going to be done to Trans and Enby. [nonbinary] Young people, this bill leads to 100% teacher loss, “Weil posted on X. “In every state, every time a lawmaker tries to drop a baggage and BS on a teacher, the teacher leaves.”

Fox News Digital contacted the Weil campaign but did not receive a response.
“The Democrats have learned nothing at all,” NRCC spokeswoman Maureen O’Toole told Fox News Digital.
“They are not only illuminating donor money by investing in districts that have no path to victory, but also choosing to invest in candidates who pushed radical gender ideology with voters and not highly popular. Josh Weil is extremely dangerous.
