Captain Calfire, accused of killing her, wife of Captain Calfire, has been arrested in Mexico – NBC Los Angeles

Her accused was arrested in Mexico after Cal Fire Captain Rebecca “Becky” Malodi was fatally stabbed inside Ramona’s home, and the country’s law enforcement officer was confirmed to NBC San Diego on Saturday.

A news release issued by the Baja California Citizen Security Office (SSCBC) said that Malodi’s wife, Yorondamarodi, was taken into custody by law enforcement agencies coordinated with his San Diego County counterpart.

According to SSCBC, US authorities have requested that Yolanda be found. Officials said upon confirming her identity she will be detained and transferred to the border, allowing us authorities to take legal action.

US officials said on Yolanda’s arrest warrant there was a video showing her crossing the border in Mexico shortly after the February 17th murder.

Court documents show Yolanda Malodi has been accused of being accused of stabbing his wife at her home in Ramona last week. The complaint says she accepted child welfare payments for her eldest son while she was fully employed.

Arrest letter

NBC 7 has gained access to Yolanda’s warrants of arrest. This includes sober details about the incident, including the fact that the murder was recorded by the home security system.

The court has documented details of the murder, including the fact that Becky was stabbed and mutilated into the neck, chest and abdomen. The attack was reported to 911 by Becky’s mother, Lorena, before 9pm on February 17th. Becky was treated by the family paramedics and taken to Sharp Hospital, where he was declared dead about 15 minutes later.

Lorena was interviewed by a county murder detective, who told Becky that she told her 53-year-old wife, Yolanda, the previous week that she “we’ll end the marriage.” Yolanda was usually at home, but she had missed the night of the murder, Lorena said.

The detective watched the video later that night. It indicated that after 8pm that night (about an hour before Lorena called 911), according to the warrant.

“The woman believed to be Rebecca was seen running across the angle of the patio camera with a woman wearing a yellow shirt, whose wife, Yolanda, is believed to be chasing her. The voice of the woman believed to be Rebecca said, “Yolanda! Please… I don’t want to die.” Rebecca responded at the patio camera angle that the apparent blood was not dead on her back, Yolanda replied, “You should have thought about it.” “

Monday is a month after Cal Fire Captain Rebecca Malodi’s death. MG Perez from NBC 7 shows us a tribute from her loved one.

According to Cecilia Markland, an officer with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, Yolanda was seen at one point in the video standing in front of Becky, apparently holding a knife and apparently had blood in her arm. Yolanda then ordered Becky inside, and the bleeding victim repeatedly pleaded for the attacker to call 911.

The couple then entered and at 9:20, a ring camera at the front door captured Yolanda, packing her pets, luggage and other items, loading them into a silver Chevrolet equinox SUV, according to an arrest warrant. Saturday news of her arrest.

Three days after the murder, Markland wrote on an arrest warrant, with witnesses sharing a text with investigators allegedly sent out the day after Yolanda was stabbed to death.

Previous murder

This is not the first brush in Yolanda’s law. More than 20 years ago, she spent prison time for the stinging death of her ex-husband, James Olezinichak.

Yolanda was placed in prison from February 2004 to November 2013 for her murder.
